ShiftCare, Brevity and similar tools are good at what they were built for — rostering, timesheets and claiming. None of that is what a certification audit samples. Since 1 July 2026 the question is no longer “was the shift rostered?” but “can you prove what happened, that it met the Standards, and that the record was never altered?” That is a different product — and it runs alongside what you already have.
