Honest assumptions: the 30% admin-recovery rate is a starting model, not a promise — validate it in your first quarter, we'll help you measure it. Not modelled above: recovered billable travel (one properly captured 6.4 km participant leg ≈ $22 — a single leg each working day is roughly $5,700 a year), the leadership weeks a mid-audit evidence scramble consumes, and the revenue attached to every participant your certification protects.
