No. CareChurp is the evidence and audit layer, not another rostering app — most providers run it alongside their current stack from day one. Guided onboarding imports your participants, workers and houses; if you later choose to consolidate, that's your call, on your timetable.
Checkout and billing run on Stripe — card or bank debit, monthly in advance, AUD ex GST (GST added at checkout where applicable), invoices and receipts issued automatically. Cancel anytime; no lock-in contracts. CareChurp never sees or stores your card details.
You'll receive a welcome email within one business day to schedule guided onboarding: data import, evidence-to-standards mapping and team setup. Houses and participants are trued up pro-rata to your real numbers. Live participant data is onboarded only after the privacy and security uplift is completed for your organisation.
No — never. Plans are priced per house and per participant. Support workers, including casual and agency staff, are unlimited and free on every plan, each with a full screening and training file.
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise. CareChurp keeps your evidence complete, verifiable and mapped to the SIL Practice Standards so you walk into certification prepared. It does not conduct audits and does not guarantee outcomes.

Australian data residency (ap-southeast-2). Before any live participant data is onboarded, CareChurp completes a privacy and security uplift: privacy impact assessment, field-level access control, an encrypted vault for sensitive fields, and independent penetration testing. Demonstrations run entirely on fictional data.
